bad service from the service boss!!

I am on Discovery Key Care I am simply here as a Discovery customer letting you know how dissatisfied I am. I have a one year old son who urgently need his teeth extracted now he is covered for basic dentistry as per our cover but as he is a child he can obviously not go into to a dentist and sit still and have his teeth extracted am sure Discovery is well aware of that fact. I sent Mujeeb Bray an email in this regards he didn't respond instead sent Jonathan to call me and tell me to call the Risk Company whom I did who told me to go back to Discovery now why isn't Discovery honest that they don't cover basic dentistry for children instead of giving me the runaround.Am very angry and disappointed!!!1<br> <br> <br> <br>
