Bad service from Discovery they never pay money back

I paid R500 for my daughters Covid test on the 02/02/2022 I am still waiting for my money I spoke to numerous people, even Eddie (***) phoned me and told me they are busy with my claim, with all do respect Discovery says it takes 2-3 days to pay back your money mine is taking 1 month. I don’t have Cash to pay this is why I am on a medical aid (Discovery) , the last time someone updated me was last week Thursday a whole week ago where Eddie said he will let me know. My daughter tested Positive so I don’t see why I don’t get my money back. This is the second time now that I claim and I don’t receive my money back. The first time it was R900 years ago which I paid and I sent everything through to the Claims department where they told me they did not receive the email then I resent the email to the email address the lady gave me and I was told a week after that they did not receive that email so I just left it as it is a inconvenience to me. So Discovery has costed me R1400 now which I will not leave this R500 as well. I am a single mother of 3 kids and don’t have money to just throw in the water. Every penny counts.
