BAD SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY HEALTH & SABMAS.

I'm writing this in tears, I'm currently pregnant and due in August. I contacted the medical aid early this year to inform them of my pregnancy I was told that it will be covered. I called them yesterday to make arrangements for my birth in hospital and to my shock they told me my birth will not be covered. I waited 3 months to be covered from Feb to May now I'm told I have to wait another 12 months so they tell you and decide for you when to fall pregnant while they deducting money every month. So Discovery's waiting period is 15 months!! I asked the consulted if my pregnancy was covered she said yes and told me to register my pregnancy which I did. To learn now that my birth is excluded yet they been paying for Dr's consultations is a real shocker. Discovery is only good at ripping people off I was made to understand that I will have a safe and secure birth. Now I'm stressing and I dont know what to do because I trusted a wrong insurer, they are telling me that there's nothing they can do im on my own they wont pay for my birth and I must just keep paying and not receive any services from them. I have never been this badly treated in my whole life! I'm in tears right now because I dont know what's gonna become of my birth. Had I known in time my whole family wasn't gonna be covered with discovery.
