bad service from Discovery health

Shocking with the kind of money that we pay every month to get such service from Discovery ,I was admitted and could not go under as it was too risky for me I could have died .The doctor that was assigned to me does not fall under thier net work and discovery is refusing to pay saying it was a planned that I had to go under just because I had to wait until I had stopped the bleeding .Provided discovery with the letter from the doctor explaining that it was an emergency but still they finding all the tricks not to pay the doctors bill in full .What a bad experiance and debt that my family has to service .Instead of trying to recover now I have to worry about the doctors payment:)

Can you explain to me if I was meant to say no please stop every thing and lets see if this doctor is under the plan .Im taking about 2 blood paints of blood transfusions that I need just to indicate how my condition was .Left my house with the 911 and you are saying I planned all that ?
