Bad service from discovery

I am very disappointed in Discovery we are residing in Gauteng but is currently in Cape town for a funeral. My wife got sick while wein cape town and we called discovery numerous times to find out what doctors is covering GP visits in cape town or if they can send a list of The panel . The Lady my wife spoke to advised she must video call while she is at the doctor to be covered . We are paying heavy amounts every month for what ??pathetic service
