Bad service for well known health medical

<p>I'm very disappointed with the service provide by discovery medical aid. I am the account holder and payer for my mother's medical scheme with above mentioned company and recently have been experiencing great difficulty with getting response from them. They have suspended the account ,I did make payment but they did not get back to me to say it's not suspended and everything is in order. This was their fault as I have asked to cancel this scheme but 24 hours between I had asked to reinstate and there was a lady that called and asked permission to debit my about fir that specific amount on the Monday midnight of September 5th 2016 . I later get an email during the week stating the account is suspended. I still went and did payment though being very disgusted with their service yet we pay for what we going to get. It's not for free that they give this nasty service. When I did write them an email I received an email with references stating my email was received but I did not get any response so I had to resort to this method. Any suggestions as to how I go forward from this point ?</p>
