Bad service for chronic conditions

i have been diagnosed with a chronic condition which is part of the CDL.

every time my specialist has sent me for blood tests, discovery does not pay for all of the chronic condition blood tests which leaves me with HUGE bill to pay.

what is the use of a chronic condition being approved it discovery does not pay for the tests relating to the condition?

this just doesnt make any logical sense.

i have complained to discovery but as usual they dont ever come back to you
