Bad service for an urgent matter

I live in Amanzimtoti and currently everything is locked down due to the protesting / rioting going on. I got an SMS on Saturday from Clicks Seadoone stating my new refill for my chronic medication is ready. I could only collect on Monday and had enough for a few days. Then the rioting started. Everything is closed down, including the pharmacy. I discovered there is one pharmacy that is willing to assist people in getting medication, but the problem is the refill already went through with Clicks. My hands are tied. I still have enough of two of the medications, but I've run out of two crucial ones after tonight. I called the call centre to find out what I can do about the situation but after explaining my situation got put back on hold halfway through my explanation without a word, and then cut off. This is seriously urgent.
