Bad service

My daughter had a discover medical aid, when she canceled it she sent to ITC business administrators. She made an arrangement with them to dedicate the money for has to pay for 3 months however she ended up paying them off in feb 2024 and they still decided her money even after paying them off. Its been months and my daughter has been call ITC but they say discovery is the one that has to refund her the money they deducted. When we call discovery they also giving us a run around we dont even know what to do any more as the money we used for calling ITC and discovery it is more then what is supposed to be refund. My daughter has given up but i wont give up.
