Bad service
Wow am so disappointed with your service today I received a phone call from one of your consultant telling me that for my chronic condition I need there’s a waiting period of 1 year like are you kidding me. Is not like is my first time joining discovery I cancelled my medical aid during COVID and I never waited 1 year for my medication this is really really insane am paying R2600. 00 for what because am not even using the medical aid am so ****issed off right now you might as well cancel this medical is not useful at all
