Bad service Discovery health

Poor poor service delivery. I consulted with the Midwife on the 2nd and I claimed back my consultation Fee and even today I have not been paid. according to them they attend to queries in 2-3 days but instead i have been buying airtime after airtime calling this people and others even transfering me... Theres no proper service.

Thank you . The lady i spoke to resolved my matter although Im not entirely satisfied with the fact that I lost so much airtime trying to get assistance. But with other matters she resolved them well
