Bad service Discovery Health

My son has been in hospital and discharged for 1 and a half moth being hospitalised for a sold year. He is now at home and Discovery has stopped his very Cruitial Vac Treatment for his wound. We were told that once the VAC stop draining we can continue with conventional training. He has had Vac Therapy for months on end even before going to hospital. The danger of leaving this wound untreated propetly and opening and closing it every 2 days could cause very bad infection, and he will end up back in hospital. Discovery wanted to didchqrge him at one stage with the option of hospital at home. We were now told that this option does no longer exists. I have called Discovery and they cannot assist me. There are not numbers for wound car approval or to speak to the people at the Clinical Auth Department. Nobody can assist - how pathetic for such a HUGE medical scheme
