Bad service

So 2 months ago Discovery infored me that my daughter will be treated as an adult dependant on my medical aid as from 1November or i can remove her from my medical aid.. I am removing her now as an adult dependant now I have to pay one more payment for har aswell as i have to pay Discovery R1186.00 because according to them they ASSUMED that my daughter will stay on the medical aid as an adult dependant so they allocated that extra money to my savings it never seemed to cross their minds to cofirm this with me in the beginning of the year now that i am removing her i HAVE to pay all these extra money..this is very unfair really i was not informed of this but now that i cancelle oh now they can quickly inform me they made this decision on their own and now i have to pay up!! That is very unprofesional really its as if they say so you are cancelling now you have to pay this and that..I must say their service over all is very bad they dont answer your questins in general but man if they wantbyoubto pay up they can quickly respond..
