Bad service and not knowledgable

I was admitted to hospital on friday due to me staying near sunninghill i was rushed to the hospital nearest by my family members. I was told that they will not be able to keep me as i am on key care plus. i Called the call centre and vusi did not seem to know what hospitals i should go to. Im on medical aid he suggested i go to alex hospital being a provincial hospital !!! than i should go to raheema essop !! My family members asked which hospitals he wasted my time and airtime. We suggested he find out and call us back he did after 10mins !!!!. I dont keep the list of the hospitals. I was sick and he made my experience horrible. Its unacceptable that i have medical aid and was told that i must go to a public hospital is that what it has come to ????? Discovery is really beginning to make me doubt my choice of a medical aid. First time i get admitted and i have to go through alot of ****. Educate your call centre agents as i don't want to waste my airtime and time when im sick
