Bad service and miscalculation of rewards

They are not calculating my discounts properly. I have contacted a year ago but every I called, they had no feedback or cared to expedite my complaint. They promise all these rewards but it isn't what we get. They have now decreased the rewards. I don't think it's worth it for me anymore to use Discovery as a whole when you think about what you pay for Vitality and your car insurance. I used to get 25% cash back for my car insurance rewards. Now it's 5 or 10%. My car insurance goes up every year even though my car depreciates in value. Not worth it anymore. I've never received such poor service in my life and from such a well known and huge company.
