BAD SERVICE and CAN'T TRUST DISCOVERY ANYMORE WITH OUR HEALTH CARE

Very unhappy with their service in averall, discovery authorised my medical procedure but now they are coming with stories when they have to pay the surgeon, they are telling me about codes that is not linking. And again since calling discovery in October for this matter but they keep on promising to get back to me but they never bother. I am failing to understand why they didn't agree the codes issue with a doctor before they issue the authorisation. Can they please attend to this ASAP
