BAD SERVICE

I resigned from Discovery medical as at the end of January. Before taking my Mom for a scan I called Discovery and they advised me that it would be paid out of my remaining savings I have in my account. I was also notified that the rest of my savings will be paid out in +- 5 months. I now received an account from Discovery stating that account has been reversed and that I owe Discovery. They deducted the full January contribution from my bank account on the 2 February which is R 7277.00. I have money in my savings so why do they not deduct it from there as per my discussion with one of there staff. I had a problem with Discovery many years ago where they authorized a operation for me gave an authorization and didn't want to pay. I had threaten them telling that I will go to Carte Blanche and my account was paid. Why must a person pay so much and you get treated like ****. Seriously. I will go to Devi if this isnt sorted ASAP ***. I expect a call no later than 23 February 2022.
