Bad service

We are discovery health members now for a few years . We were on the essential saver plan our savings were depleted and called them to use the extender benefits the lady told me that we can go to the doctor as long as it is a network doctor she did not explain anything to me about all the step that we must go through before going to the doctor long story short we came there at the doctor and had to Pay j called them and someone else told explain me to the steps she was going to follow it up but no one has contacted me since the 22 of June 2021 . We also had a change of plan and again I called to find out first if the doctors we want to use and the hospital are on their network and the lady told me yes so we moved to the other plan just to came at the doctor and they were not on this plan and neither was the hospital since we are in a small town there is only one private hospital that we cannot use now and no doctor here we can use we must travel 1 hour to another town for a doctor and a hospital I phoned them and told them i called first to verify the doctors and hospitals and now we are in this plan and we cannot use it here in our town but no response from discovery. We are going to another medical aid iam done with DISCOVERY
