Bad Service

So apparently, when you write a review you get a response on Hello Peter, but no assistance it has been 9 Months that we requested for your medical aid cards and told us it would be delivered by end of February begin March. now we are in September no feedback no calls to tell us why nothing? So, when can we expect our cards? Would it be possible still in this year?
