Bad service

I am very disappointed in Discovery Medical Aid which I am a member of since 2018. I went to the dentist in Jan 2018 and the claim was never paid, even thou the doctor submitted. I followed up on this and I have been taken from pillar to post promised that it will be sorted. What pains me more is that, this matter is not sorted out till today I am getting calls from lawyers demanding payment. DISCOVERY, why am I paying every months and not reap the benefits. It took me two years to build my credit profile and now this, I want to buy a house. How will I do that with this debt caused by your failer to deliver hanging on my head. Discovery pls pls prioritise your clients, I am so upset and disappointed......
