Bad service

Discovery Health made me pay an amount that I owed them, but it was for my dentist which they never paid and another person who I was mixed up with. I phoned and a consultant assured me that they would Investigate and then refund me. This was in February the consultant promised to phone me back that same day with feedback and she never did. Since then I've been calling discovery call centre to follow up and the consultants keep promising to call me back, but they never do. I have wasted my time and airtime for 2 months and still got no results the service is really bad....<br> <br>
