Bad service

I had an outstanding account with Discovery medical.aid for services delivered but due to financial reason I had to cancel my cover. Resulting that I owed then some monies. Discovery offered me a settlement which I paid but the same time handed me over to ITC business administrators which for nearly 14months sre harasing me I mailed them the seetlement letter etc stil they are so useless to understand.

I even mailed Discovery for help

I will be pressimg harasment charges now as both seems not willing to either assist or listen.

Its not my problem if they collectuon fees have not been incl in the settlement I paid.

Also If Im being listed at any credit bereau I will take legal action
