Bad service

To whom this may concern:

After numerous mails and attepts to act in a civil manner to get this matter closed, SSDA seems not to understand the English language.

I have no alternative as to place the following on record.

1. The settlement letter obtain from Dicovery was send through before, and I will not entertain any further discussion on this matter. This letter dated back to April 2023, confirming that I dont own Disocvery any medical aid related debt. Please refer back to previous mails. The thrat of this mail will confrim that SSDA received such letter. But due to lack of competance nothing was done.

2. I have escalated this matter to my legal team now, and the cost for them to attend to this will be for the account of SSDA and Discovery.

3. I have also asked my legal team to do a check on all available credit bereau, should it be found that SSDA and Discovery have listed me on any of these bereau, my instruction is clear to my legal team, is to proceed to have this removed and the cost will be for the account of SSDA and Discovery.

4. Furthermore, the 071.... note that SSDA keeps on calling and sending harasment messages to, is not associated with me and the owner of that no will also proceed with legal action against SSDA and Discovery. This have been communicated to SSDA before, yet again SSDA seem to not understand the English language.

I state again, all cost relating to this matter to have it closed will be for the account of SSDA and Disovery.
