Bad service

We have been trying to get a medical aid from discovery but they are unwilling to help because we want to move from Bankmed to discovery but in order for me to move over i need a medical certificate that states we are on discovery but they don't want to assist. So clearly they don't want business and leaving a bad impression on potential new clients.
