Bad service

I contracted Covid July 2021, the refuse to pay for my medication as per the Who, since then to jow been having dizzyness, each time when I went to the clinic the said it's post Covid complications and that the Johnson and Johnson vaccine does that, early November I colpsed and the gym was admitted with vertigo direct result of the Covid, they refuse to pay for the post Covid complication since July they been ignoring my calls and queries

Since July 2021 people promised to get back to me and then it just go silent. During civid I had dizzy spells and could not walk, I was in the very same vertigo medication, since then to jow I have been suffering from dizzyness after the JJ vacsine it got worse I went to the Westbury clinic they asyred me it's post Covid and JJ complications it will pass, untill I collapsed at the gym, even this medication, a direct result of civid and that high fever I had, and that you refuse to pay, you calm me down with you will look into it. What is that, meaning you ignoring my complains
