Bad service

I joined discovery on the 1st May 2021 because I wanted the cheaper plan and they promised to deduct the first instalment end of May the last payment that i made on my previous medial aid was on the 30th April 2021...Now discovery has deducted the monthly premium on the 3 May 2021...I've been trying to resolve this i wanted them to deduct the money end of May as promised.
