bad service

I have now called in for the 2nd time for a tax certificate for this year 2022, and was informed by Nkululeko , call *** it is available but you'll send when it goes out on batches. That is nonsense. It is available and i'm requesting it why can't you mail it? i then asked him to escalate to a senior to ask for it to be sent and was told he can't. Least that could have been arranged was to escalate this at my request. Shocking service from your company and i want this certificate before next week as you are the only company i am waiting on.
