Bad Service

I have app**** to join discovery medical aid in May 2023. They requested all the documentation which I provided. As I was previously insured with Bankmed for the medical aid component, I see that Discovery is still charging me a late joiner penalty fee, I was with Bank med for close on to 3 years before resigning to join Discovery. I have been trying to contact Discovery via email over the past few months providing them with proof of the membership with Bankmed and still no response. This has been going on now for the past 3 months.
