Bad service
On 2 October I went for my second vaccination at a Discovery Health site in Claremont, Cape Town. Discovery has put through a claim from an RX Pharmacy for the amount of R435..25 The people working at the Discovery site never said anything about a charge for the vaccination. On 21 August I had my first vaccination at the Vita Care Pharmacy in Rindebisch and they never put a claim through to my medical aid. According to the law, vaccinations are free. What is going on here?
