Bad Service
I have problems with Discovery Health Med aid claims, in getting a claim refunded to me. I have paid the doctor personally by EFT before the consulation. Upon submitting the claim, Discovery insists of paying the healthprovider instead of refunding me . They don't seem to read or understand the numerous e-mails that I have sent them.
