Bad Service

I'm so disappointed in the service I received from Discovery Health , such a huge private sector company operating like South African government. I logged a call with Discovery Health Oncology on the 03/7/2018 and only received feedback today because a third party called them due to my prescription. Discovery Health was given a wakeup call by the third party. I did not receive any feedback what so ever from Discovery Health Oncology. If the third party did not call Discovery Health today they would still be fast asleep. I received Discovery Health Oncology update from a third party that advised me to call my medical aid to follow up. I'm so disappointed in the service I received from Discovery Health Medical aid Oncology for such service rendered on a chronic illness. I guess health does not matter based on the feedback received from Discovery Health Medical Aid.
