Bad service

I am not happy service received from one of the discovery consultant last week. I requested approval for physio sessions from physiothe****** in Eastern Cape Mthatha & i was told claims for physio will be deducted from day to day benefits. Thi is totally unacceptable pratice from big company like discovery health. I was hospitalised from the 27th to 31st of January 2018 after a vehicle accident, physiothe****** sessions i will be doing is part of the hospitalision due to accident there the sessions should be paid from hospital benefit. Furthermore there is a refund i requested after paying the medication from my pocket due to dicovery missalocating funds in my medical aid but even today i havent received the money. its been almost a month now. How does discovery operate? do you want me to stop or cancel this medical aid?
