Bad Service

I recently joined Discovery Health and was very happy with everything then it all came tumbling down, as they withdrew my medical aid saying that I did not disclose information.

Well please be aware that Discovery Health now classifies been treated in a Government Clinic as been treated in hospital, as when I was asked if I was treated in a HOSPITAL in the last 12 months I said no, which is true as I was not, but they classify a GOVERNMENT CLINIC as a hospital and subsequently had my medical aid withdrawn.

i was contacted by Discovery to say that my medical aid was withdrawn when I asked them why they told me that I did not disclose that I was in hospital and I told that I wasnt in hospital but treated at a government clinic for illness.

Then I was told that my medical aid would be reinstated well that has not happend, and when you call the client services you get a different answer everytime you call and made promises that all will be resolved and will be reinstated, well thats not the case they cannot give you a direct answer.

They now that they have made a mistake and wont admitt it. The worst medical aid I have ever dealt with.
