BAD SERVICE

I was a discovery medical aid member and moved to bankmed and owed discovery about R1300 for savings.

I settled the account and no one has gotten back to me, they still have me as a default on the credit bereau for non payment and I have paid and they have not update my records and also have not even acknowledged that I have paid this account after I sent them proof of payment.

I recently app**** for a credit card with them and I got declined due to credit score which they highly contributed to buy not being trustworthy and acknowledging I paid them and updating their credit bereua stats.

The national credit act says they need to update their records within 7days, it has been a month going onto 2.

You guys are bully's that use your power to it do the right thing.
