BAD SERVICE

This must be worst medical aid in South Africa, on joining they advised me to go on The Coastal Core plan , i have been admitted to hospital re bulging disc and required a MRI scan , Dr sent motivation letter , only to be told no we don't pay for back or neck MRI Scans and then i have been told by Lake , Smith &partners that authority have been granted but they still refuse to pay , they are very quick to deduct their monthly fee but when it comes to paying they look for any excuse to pay for, when Discovery started in .SA they were brilliant cause they needed the business , i will never ever recommend them , and to think i was going to switch our insurance to Discovery , thank heavens this happened
