bad service

<p>I was admitted in hospital 2015 and several blood sample were done and sent to lancet,after a while I received statements from lancet claiming that the medical aid rejected my claim and I paid the first four hundred rand claimed ,few day later another statement came claiming about 3900 ,I then called the medical aid to find out ,only to be told that wrong code was used in my claim and the medical aid will rectify that with Lancet .this year I received several calls from Lancet lawyers that the account have been handed over to them because it was due .I called the medical aid again ,only to receive the same wrong code story and that things will be sorted out.we never skipped one month in paying them but we r being treated like a piece of gabbage,the hospital experience alone was bad and something the family is trying to forget,but how are we going to forget with daily calls from debt collectors threats because of discovery failing to keep their promises .choosing this medical scheme was a mistake my family did and now we r paying for that bad choice .</p>
