Bad service

<p>After having my medical aid cancelled on 4 August 2016 by discovery themselves, I was told I would receive a letter of termination immediately which I did not receive until I called to get it a week later. I was also promised that my medical aid contribut ions from the past 7 months would be refunded in 7 working days. It has now been more than 7 days and I have not received my refund of my money. I have tried to email and call the lady responsible and she has not responded to my calls or my emails. I am entitled to this money and I am extremely angry with the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. I would like my money before the end of this week.</p>
