Bad service

<p>I changed jobs beginning of Aug 2016, towards the end of Jul 2016 I requested that my medical aid be removed from my previous employers' scheme to a personal capacity. I filled all forms and submitted to discovery, on the 1 Aug 2016 I received an email from Horaice Nyakane advicing me that they're unable to transfer my membership to private capacity within 3 months of joining a compulsary scheme. This is insane, because I require cover whether I'm part of a scheme of not. Does this mean I must cancel my membership and go through the application process again, if that's the case can I get application forms ASAP? I'm not under my previous employers' scheme hence I want this medical aid to be on personal capacity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I get some help?</p>
