Bad service

So I pay a monthly premium every month without any problems for medical aid..... I hardly use my medical aid and when I do need my medical aid to see a specialist, I have to wait for authorization, which I'll receive after my appointment with the specialist and they are unable to help me get it earlier! So no here i am I paid my medical aid premium on the 2/07/2022 but I now have to pay cash for a specialist.... so basically I could die in the about 96 hours waiting for Authorization, what makes me so angry is that this isn't the first time I'm having to pay cash for specialist while my premiums are paid faithfully every month.....
