Bad service
Good day<br> <br> I just wanted to find out why do you not cover for chronic medication when the doctor completes the forms and we submit them to you. I'm not happy with the service that you give us and we pay so much for medical aid only to be told that you do not cover for the medication without any explanation or suggestion non what so ever. Please can you treat us with respect

As discussed I confirmed that our Clinical Team reviewed the Chronic Illness Benefit form and could not approve the condition. The reason for this is due to the condition you app**** for, is not one of the 27 Chronic Illnesses that is funded under the Chronic Illness Benefit (CIB). I did confirm that we will fund the medication from your available day to day benefits subject to your plan type and Scheme rules.
