Bad service

I was a Discovery client for more than 10 years with the Key Care plan.This July 2021 DISCOVERY put up my medical aid with R2000.I ask you R2000??When I query it they come out with a **** story off salary band .So my badic is R14000.My medical aid went from R4100 to R6100.How must I survive.Had to cancell.I phoned Discovery about x3 times and everytime I was told somebody will get back to me. DISCOVERY IS A BUNCH OFF GOLD DIGGERS. Treated me like **** after many years
