WHAT A DISGRACE FOR DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID From this weekend date 11-12 January i suffered severe UTI AND NEPHRITIS WITH HEOMATURIA. Yesterday 13 January 2020 i went to my dr in Heidelberg where he examined me and confirmed my diagnosis as i am a professional registered trained nurse. He booked me a bed at Suikerbosrand clinic. What a brilliant hospital. Everybody helped to speeds up the process as they noticed my severity of pain. In the meantime the hosp ask for authorization to Discovery medical aid on line. when they see Discovery take too long they send my to the ward BIG was my surprize only to found out at 15h35 the admin staff came to the ward and told me Discovery declined my authorization for my medical condition as i stippulated above.
