Bad pay back and no specific answers

<p>During my pregnancy, I had trombosis. My gynie prescribed Claxane (a blood thinner) after I was a few days in hospital. The prescription was for 6 weeks 2x a day 80mg and there after 1x a day 40mg during pregnancy and 6 weeks after birth... We tried to put it on chronic claims just after I was discharged from hospital. Discovery said they will put it on PMB as this will only be for a while we can't put it on chronic as it is not permanent needed. It is December and I got just the second refund. This is maybe 20% of the whole claim. Discovery said they are not paying anything else out as I used maximum dose. I did sent lots of emails and phoned a lot and have several case numbers, every time they must start all over to look at this case. And I still don't have my money back and still don't know why they decided just to pay out this little amount!</p>
