So you pretend to jump when one goes on hellopeter feed them lies then disappear.Such a simple query taking more than two weeks to get resolution.on the 6th February l was given **** resolution and to date l am still waiting. The left doesn't know what the right is doing yet you claim the calls are voice recorded. So you only listen to the calls when it benefits you.why waste resources having QA department when you specialise in lying to your customers.

Now 25days fighting for the terms and conditions for my contract to be honored.For how long must l endure this pathetic inhumane service.Here l am watching my daughter in agony because the pharmacy could not provide her medicine on the script because when they tried PROCESSIN it was rejected as she is on waiting period .Really discovery so my daughter must suffer due to your incompetence. Sorry for the inconvenience does not meet the cut. Is there a parent at Discovery who can empathize with me .NOOOOOO this begging like it's a free service doesn't work.
