Bad medical aid services

Descovery health did not pay out a consultation of my wife They say it is because of a waiting period but the consultation wasn't remarkably relevant to the waiting period as I am trying to sort it out I used up about 90 minutes of airtime that the issue was not resolved so I am paying for a service but don't get any service now it takes my time up because someone didn't do there job and time is money so hopefully they pay me to do someone else work because it is costing me money and I would like to claim my 90min of airtime back from them as there services that I am paying for is up to ****
