Bad medical aid scheme!

I am extremely disappointed with Discovery Medical Aid. When I was genuinely sick and in need of medical support, they outright refused to pay my claims. This is completely unacceptable from a company that is supposed to provide healthcare coverage and peace of mind. Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and left me feeling frustrated and unsupported during a vulnerable time. I expected a medical aid scheme to prioritize the health and well-being of its members, but instead, Discovery failed miserably. I would not recommend this scheme to anyone looking for reliable healthcare coverage
