Bad medical aid

I just want to share my experiences with Discovery health medical aid. It has been the most disappointing medical I have had the experience of dealing with. My wife is pregnant and I followed all the steps to activate the maternity benefits. I have been paying cash for all the services and claiming back from the medical aid, only to find out that most of the things needed are not covered by discovery. The most recent was a set of blood test specific to the pregnancy, and out of a R2500 bill, I only received R500 back. When I called to query why, I was told that the tests are not covered, tests like a down syndrome test which is something which it test specifically when you are pregnant. They advertise the maternity benefit but there is no specific information provided on their website to tell us what is covered. All in all, I feel like this is *******. W pay a premium for cover but get short changed when we use it.
