BAD MEDICAL AID

I am far from happy with what’s been going on with your establishment. I needed to get meds as I am battling a bad cold, I went to get my meds and I get told I can’t and have to contact you people, I’ve contacted you MULTIPLE TIMES with 0 assistance 0 response. I had to suffer like this. Despite my medical aid being paid for. I spend almost 10k a month on “the leading company’s” medical aid and this is what I get? I couldn’t even go to a doctor I had to go to a public hospital because my medical aid is a decoration. Imagine that having to go to a public facility because I was turned away due to a problem with my medical aid, and yet I pay sooo much money! I am fuming because you people are able to harass the public for your funds but when it comes to receiving the service for those funds NOTHING! The worst part is , I can’t even cancel my medical aid because I’ve spent SO MUCH money as it is to keep it up. I’m so so angry and I have no words about discovery. I most certainly will be putting this on Hello Peter so the world knows what discovery actually stands for.
