Bad Customer Servie

I'm a discovery keycare plus member for many years. Since 2012 I was diagnose as COPD and oxygen was approve for me on the PMB (clinical out of hospital), I've know app**** for mobile oxygen as my doc want me to me on oxygen 24hrs a day and I'm still working. This is where all the problem started because not one consultant or agent in Discovery can understand that it is paid out of PMB clinical not chronic and they keep on decline it under chronic.....please is there now one with brains in discovery.... and in the meantime I must sukkel with out the oxygen in the day. Discovery give mobile oxygen to the members on more expensive plans for free after a year of using oxygen and I because I have a lower plan is not good enough for them after using it for 3 years to get approval on my claim for mobile oxygen. This is not right an also the fact that no one knows how to help and sort my problem is causing more stress and I then sukkel more and more with breathing.<br> Please who can help...do I have to stop working and be unable to support myself or do I need to die before discovery understand
