Bad customer service

the only medical aid that gives you tough time just by adding dependents. my twins were born 26 Nov and they managed to register one. when I enquire about the other, they want complicated things whereas I submitted the same documents. they just don't care and there's a lot at stake as I had to get medication for the babies. unfortunately they are not the only medical aid in the world and they seem to forget that.
